As the hottest fighter aircraft of its day, the US Air Force F-15 Eagle broke numerous records as it entered the fleet. In a dedicated effort to set new absolute altitude and time-to-climb records, the USAF specially modified an early production F-15 into "Streak Eagle," a lightened, paint stripped variant flown in extreme cold at northern latitudes to chase a number of high performance aviation records.
This 11x17" print features Streak Eagle, its patches, and a complete history of the program. It is printed on heavyweight, semi-gloss cardstock, and is a great addition to any F-15 Eagle fan's collection.
