From 1962 until 1987, the Royal Canadian Air Force and later Canadian Air Forces operated a license built version of the Lockheed F-104 Starfighter.  Very similar to the F-104G, the Canadair produced Starfighter sported a variety of schemes and colors over its many years of service, until replaced by the CF-18 Hornet in 1987.  This print showcases the classic bare metal look of the Starfighter, along with the high visibility white wings, red horizontal stabilizer, and markings flown by 417 Squadron out of Cold Lake, Alberta.
