The 21st Fighter Squadron operates from Morris ANGB, Tucson, AZ, in the role of training Republic of China pilots and maintainers on the F-16V.

Operating under the PEACE FENGHUANG (PHOENIX) program, the 21st falls under nearby Luke AFB's 56th Operations Group, but flies and trains its crews out of Tucson, under the Arizona ANG. This unique arrangement gives deep expertise to the training mission, while preserving USAF combat assets and ensuring readiness for the USAF, ANG, and the ROCAF.

In Spring of 2025, the 21FS flagship, a converted F-16A Block 20/72V, received this eye catching paint scheme.  This heritage reflects the "Gamblers" legacy and name, and this print makes a great addition to any Viper fan's collection!
