Updated for 2021, this print reflects the 57th Maintenance Squadron's "VIPER" AMU, providing day-in and day-out support to generate Aggressor sorties for Nellis AFB's 57th Wing.  VIPER ensures 64th Aggressor Squadron pilots have safe, flyable, and lethal F-16s to simulate a wide-range of adversaries using advanced threat tactics, jammers, and highly skilled adversary pilots.

Charged with generating sorties, configuring the aircraft, and keeping the birds in the air, VIPER AMU produces more than 3,000 sorties and 5,000 hours annually, with a widely ranging flying schedule.  The AMU constantly manages an unending need for Aggressor support to RED FLAG, GREEN FLAG, USAF Weapons School support, and a wide range of other USAF tactical training and high-end test requirements.

This print showcases VIPER AMU's 2021 patch at the center, with an array of 8 different F-16 Aggressor configurations and schemes depicting the wide range of missions and roles the AMU supports every day.  Superimposed over the "maintenance" hammer and speed handle honoring their Aggressor role, this is a gorgeous print capturing the spirit of one of the busiest maintenance units in the US Air Force!
