In late 2019, the Black Panthers of the 494th Fighter Squadron and Aircraft Maintenance Unit deployed their F-15E Strike Eagles to multiple, undisclosed locations throughout the Middle East in support of OPERATION INHERENT RESOLVE. While deployed, the squadron's aircraft received 18 uniquely distinct nicknames and corresponding nose art, all themed around famous wrestlers. This print captures the artwork of the deployment, the unique mission markings, and one of the most common operational configurations flown by Strike Eagles in current operations in the Central Command AOR.
Working closely with the squadron's maintenance crews, Third Offset Designs is proud to release this print recognizing the creativity of the deployed 494th EAMU and 494th EFS on their birds.
