This print showcases an F/A-18E from VFA-113 Stingers, carrying a unique training loadout as seen during exercise RIMPAC 2024. This unique loadout showcases the Navy's newest long range counter-air weapon, the AIM-174B. During RIMPAC 2024, this weapon was seen hanging off many F-18 Super Hornets, and was shortly followed by the Navy announcing the weapon as being operational with its first users in CVW-2.
